SNORING problem? here is the solution

Suffer From Snoring? This  Solution Stops Snoring and Lets You Sleep for sure.
No more figures u out in people after the sleep.

If you constantly feel exhausted, experience headaches for no obvious reason or have high blood pressure could be the result of snoring.

More than a simple annoyance, snoring is also the most common symptom of a potentially serious health problem—obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

Over 18 million Americans snore, and it’s related to OSA. People who suffer from OSA repeatedly and unknowingly stop breathing during the night due to a complete or partial obstruction of their airway.  It occurs when the jaw, throat, and tongue muscles relax, blocking the airway used to breathe.  The resulting lack of oxygen can last for a minute or longer, and occur hundreds of times each night.

OSA has been linked to:

Stroke
Depression
Diabetes
Heart attack
People over 35 are at higher risk.

OSA can be expensive to diagnosis and treat — up to $5,000 — and those treatments can sometimes be quite painful. Plus, they're not always covered by insurance.

However, a recent study published by Eastern Virginia Medical School's Division of Sleep Medicine concluded that wearing a simple chinstrap while sleeping can be an effective treatment for OSA.

The chin strap, which is now available from a company called MySnoringSolution, works by supporting the lower jaw and tongue, preventing obstruction of the airway.  It’s made from a high-tech, lightweight, and super-comfortable material.  Thousands of people have used the MySnoringSolution chinstrap and reported better sleeping, and better health overall because of it.

An effective "DoctorTrusted" snoring solution for just $119

The chinstrap was recently evaluated by Dr. Daniel L. W. Hanley, an independent medical doctor, on the DoctorTrusted website. He reviewed the chinstrap, the product's medical information and more, and found that it met the site's strict requirements and ethical code of conduct. Indeed, DoctorTrusted deemed MySnoringSolution's website "to be trustworthy and safe for purchases as of the time of the review."

“My Snoring Solution” chinstrap is available exclusively from the company’s website, which is currently offering a limited time “2 for 1” offer.  The product also comes with an unconditional 90-day, money-back guarantee!

If you want to stop snoring once and for all, without expensive CPAPs or other intrusive devices, this may be the solution you’ve been waiting for and can be helpful in a great level .

two identical twins who actually are husband and wife -can say the only couple

Meet the Husband and Wife Who Look Like Identical Twins !

Married-couple--man-and-woman--look-like-twins

Meet Alison Brooks (on the left), who married Alina Davis (right). How is this possible in a country where same-sex weddings are banned, violence against homosexuals is on the rise, and homosexuality was only declassified as a mental illness in 1999?

Simple. The 23-year-old Alina was born a man named Dmitry Kozhukhov. She labels herself as “androgyne,” which means she doesn’t fit neatly into one gender identity, goes around wearing women’s clothes every day, but because her birth certificate lists her as a man, the Russian authorities couldn’t refuse them their marriage certificate or their right to marry.

“We had no problems when we handed in the application to the registry office although we had expected a complaint or something but they didn’t say anything,” Davis told the Mirror. “But then the head of the registry office called several times, telling us that they didn’t want us to turn up both in wedding dresses. He said marriages in Russia were between a man and a woman and nobody else.”

That may be, but there are no rules against men wearing dresses — or looking nearly identical to their brides — so the ceremony still took place in the Kutuzovsky Prospekt registry office in Moscow. Both Brooks and Davis wore white wedding dresses. While the two were refused entry through the front door and had to enter through the rear entrance instead, they still got married.

Davis thinks this is a big moment for couples in Russia. “We are not alone in having such problems,” she says. “I have written to couples who are planning similar marriages and are afraid of failures with registration. Be aware – you cannot be refused.”

How to Get Freakishly Long Looking Lashes in short time

What Is The Best  Eyelash Enhancer?

Eyelash enhancers are the latest beauty trend these days, and cosmetic companies everywhere are launching products that promise to give women longer, fuller, and darker lashes without the fuss of mascara or false lashes.  But, with all these options, it’s hard to know what really works and what doesn’t.

Luckily, there are more  beauty sites out there that have put many of these eyelash enhancers to the test.  The results for this year’s top-performing eyelash enhancers are in … with SmartLash coming in with a solid 5-star rating on DermStore.com, the #1 online destination for skin care and beauty.

What Is acually a Eyelash Enhancement?

If you aren’t yet aware of this increasingly popular method of achieving longer lashes, eyelash enhancers are formulas that are topically applied to the base of your lower and upper lashes.  They can even be used on sparse, thin eyebrows.

Is It Safe to use ?

While prescription eyelash enhancers are often formulated with prostaglandin, a hormone that can cause side effects such as darkened irises (potentially irreversible) and blurred vision, more and more companies are developing safer, non-prescription alternatives that deliver impressive results.

Most non-prescription formulas are hormone and paraben-free.  Instead, they’re formulated with polypeptides, amino acids, and conditioning ingredients to help rejuvenate lashes and strengthen them against breakage.  So, you still get longer, fuller, darker-looking lashes and shapelier brows, without the negative side effects.

How Soon Can You See Results of it?

In some cases, users have reported seeing results in as little as twenty-eight days, while others may see results in about 56 days.

SmartLash, for instance, has published its clinical results, which show that 93 percent of participants saw an increase in the appearance of lash length and fullness after 28 days, while 83 percent stated their eyelashes appeared thicker after approximately a time of about 25-30 days

Vaccine hope to curb ebola.

Major quarantine and experimental vaccines to curb Ebola

The Ebola epidemic in West Africa is raging out of control. Known cases have topped 2500 – with the true number thought to be two to four times that cases in the coming months if efforts to control the outbreak .

The virus has now invaded Senegal,  in what the WHO are calling a top-priority emergency.

The only effective controls are tracking and quarantining people exposed to the virus, and perhaps a vaccine. Last week, the WHO outlined an aggressive road map to stop the spread of the virus. It implied that this could involve quarantining entire communities in badly affected areas. An effort to do this without warning the community ended in riots in a slum in Monrovia, Liberia, last month, but the WHO hopes more community involvement will help in future.

Currently experimental vaccine available on a large scale as early as January.

So far, quarantine has proved difficult. An infected man in july flew from Liberia to Lagos, Nigeria, and was hospitalised, infecting health staff. All people who had come into contact with him were thought to be isolated, but last week it emerged that one person flew to Port Harcourt, further along the coast, to be treated secretly. His doctor died and 160 people who were in contact with them are now in quarantine.

Under the radar

Meanwhile a man under surveillance in Guinea after exposure to Ebola travelled to Senegal and developed the disease. He initially went to hospital without warning medical staff of his exposure to the virus. The people he had contact with are now being traced.

Quarantine has worked on Ebola in the past.It is proving difficult to scale up such labour-intensive methods to the West African epidemic, says Bruce Aylward, head of emergency operations at the WHO.

"We can't contact-trace every individual," Aylward said in a WHO press conference to launch the new road map in Geneva, on 29 August. "So in this case you may have to trace an infected village or community for the time being." This implies that more communities could be held under quarantine.

The WHO's plan aims to stop viral transmission in the most affected countries by June 2015, and stop it invading new ones, for a projected cost of $490 million over the next six months. It calls for more Ebola treatment centres, healthcare facilities to find cases, contact-tracing and mobilisation of communities to safely bury people killed by Ebola, as well as the recruitment of 760 international health staff and 12,000 within the most-affected countries.

It also calls for "short-term extraordinary measures to limit national spread". While the road map doesn't spell out what the extraordinary measures are, it does call for healthcare, food and social support in containment areas. Aylward told the press conference the such measures should slow transmission in the worst hotspots enough by December to allow the standard method of tracking individual contacts of patients to become effective again.

Vaccine hope

The WHO plan emphasises cooperation with affected communities, for instance giving people more protective equipment so that they can care for their sick. But Aylward said unaffected countries are reacting to Ebola by buying up global supplies of masks, gowns and gloves, hindering the effort.

Even if they can be obtained, getting supplies and health workers into affected countries is getting harder. Airlines are cancelling flights partly because there are no certified safe hotels or medical care for air crews on overnight refuelling stops. The UN World Food Programme is supplying emergency aircraft to get people and supplies, and the WHO is in talks with airlines in a bid to fix these problems within a few weeks.

The other angle of attack is a vaccine. Last week UK-based pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline said it would start making 10,000 doses of an experimental vaccine composed of a harmless adenovirus that expresses an Ebola protein. The vaccine was safe and provoked immune reactions to Ebola in tests in non-human primates, but had not been tested in humans.

Those tests will start this week with volunteers in the US, followed by people in the UK, Gambia and Mali. In an unprecedented move, GSK will make the vaccine in bulk while those tests are under way. If it passes, it could be used in Africa early next year.

Encouraging results have also been reported in primates with an experimental drug called ZMapp. But that drug is aimed at curing infected people and would have little impact on transmission of the virus.

There are apps ,which can detect jaundice. do you know that ?

May be this is not much popular, but there are mobile apps that detect jaundice in babies  with the technology of image capturing and processing the image.

The BiliCam App Can Detect Jaundice in Babies

BiliCam is an app that helps parents easily detect jaundice in their babies using their smartphone. Jaundice is quite common in babies but can be fatal. The disease is caused by the buildup of a substance called bilirubin in blood and body tissues. Excell bilirubin can cause the skin to be tinged yellow.

The application  helps detect jaundice in babies during the first few days after they go home. Parents simply have to take a picture of their baby with an included color key laid on the baby's belly. The information is then sent to a cloud where an algorithm determines if the parents should get their child tested for jaundice.

The application  is still in the testing level, but its developers hope to get into doctors' hands for further testing before seeking FDA approval.

The Rediscovery Of An Underground City happened BY A DEMOLISHED WALL ..surprised?

How A Demolished Wall Led To The Rediscovery Of An Underground City

People expect to find mold, busted pipes, and a rat or two when they tear down a wall in their home during renovation, but in 1963 a man found a strange room behind his wall that, with a bit of digging, led to an old  underground city.

The man from the Nevsehir Provence of Turkey discovered a tunnel behind the demolished wall, which he followed and finally entered into underground to discover his home stood atop the ancient Derinyuku underground city- an amazing network of tunnels, ventilation shafts and rooms that stretches 18 stories below ground.

The underground city is estimated to date back to between 15th and 12th century BCE, and is believed to have been used by the Hittites as a hiding place during raids, although it's virtually impossible to discern the city's origin since it's carved from naturally-formed rock.

Derinkuyu is one of the six underground cities of Cappadocia that have been excavated so far, and archaeologists believe there may be hundreds more underground cities in the region waiting to be uncovered and explored.

iphone vs android comparision in sexting

iPhone vs. Android:   which sexts more when compared
iPhone users are twice as likely to sext

as their Android counterparts, according to the latest research from activity monitoring company Retina-X Studios.

The survey of 4,800 people also revealed a sexting surge on Mondays and Tuesdays. Peak hours, however, occurred between 10 a.m. and noon on Tuesday mornings.

“I don’t think any of us expected to discover that Tuesday mornings were the peak sexting time, however, if you think about it, people may be getting back on the horse after a weekend that fell short or perhaps have gotten past the Monday rush and have a spare minute,” said Ivory Thompson, Retina-X Studios’ operations manager, in a statement emailed to FoxNews.com. “Whatever the case may be, it’s certainly surprising that it occurs during the work day as opposed to the weekend.”

A separate study by Retina-X Studios has also highlighted parents’ fears about teenage sexting. The research, compiled from the company’s sales data, reveals that up to 70 percent of concerned parents find that their teenager is sexting.

“The majority of teenagers have cell phones, and they are unaware of the emotional, social, and legal repercussions of getting involved in sexting,” said Thompson. “Parents are becoming aware of these issues and are taking charge by monitoring their children’s online/phone activity.”

Earlier this year a study found that more than one in five middle-school aged children with behavioral or emotional problems had recently engaged in sexting.
