Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon!

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon!

If you want to buy any of these cars just buy now since their price is going to hike in no time in future

10.) Saab 900 SPG/Aero:

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon

First of all, Saab as we know it is dead. Second of all, this was one of the last Saabs pre-GM takeover. Third - the SPG kit is an overall performance and appearance upgrade over the already quite good 900. Fourth - prices are still cheap. They can't stay that way forever. Quite a few have been wrecked or are in a state of bad disrepair but a good example will be collectible very soon.
Why the SPG over other rare saab variants of the time? The simple fact is that you can still get one before they explode. Some oddball special editions like the "Springtime in Sweden" edition that ended up in AMerica somehow are likely going to stay in collector's hands if they aren't there already. But there are somewhere around 7000 total SPG saabs made from 1984 to 1991. There's bound to be one worth buying near you and it can probably be had for just a few grand. Not bad for a funky little swede that'll probably be 25-30k in the next decade.

9.) Chevrolet C10:

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon
For so many years they were just "old beater trucks" and now there are not many left in unmolested, unbeaten condition. Also, although I'm an unrepentant Ford guy, I think these are just damn pretty and have always been my favorite truck. I'll take mine with the rare A/C option, please :).

8.) BMW E46 M3:

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon
Following what happened to Neuklasse BMWs and the E39 M5 in line is the E46 M3. Sure, they sold plenty of them, but try finding an unmolested one with a manual!
It's possibly the most sought after M3 out there (maybe after the E30?), but most have been driven hard and rough. And coupes seem to be much harder to find than convertibles, and the SMG gearbox is largely considered to be junk.

7.) Pontiac G8 GXP:

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon
The last one is always special. Well, not really, but this Holden/Pontiac is a proper future classic that's retaining its value already compared to other performance cars of the period.

6.) Alfa Romeo Spider:

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon
With Alfa coming back to the US, people will start looking for these even more. Over 10K now, 15K in a couple of year.

5.) Chevrolet Corvette C4 ZR1:

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon

Forget what you think you know about the C4, with a few upgrades, these can be sweet weekend rides indeed, and if you happen to one of the special editions, don't sell just yet.

4.) Aston Martin V12 Vantage:

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon
The last V12 Aston Martin with a manual transmission. And the microphone drops.

3.) BMW 850 CSi:

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon

Low production number, M-tuned V12, M brakes and suspension, mandatory 6-speed, popup headlights, etc.

2.) 80s Porsche 911:

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon
Just 10 years ago, you could get one turn-key restored in the mid-teens. Now they're in the $25K-$30K range, and the '87-'89 versions with the G-50 transmission are going for even more!

1.) DeTomaso Pantera:

Ten Cars That Could Explode In Value Soon\
There will be a point when the market realizes that Panteras are just as exotic as any Italian of the era with the same crappy build quality but at least a less hectic engine.

Hyundai'2015 genesis will automatically brake for speed!

Hyundai’s 2015 Genesis will automatically brake for speed cameras!

The car will have a built-in map of speed cameras and average speed cameras, and then use a combination of GPS and its fancy Automatic Emergency Braking technology to brake if you’re still going over the speed limit when you reach the camera. While this feature is probably legal, it does appear to go against the spirit of speed cameras; after all, if you can just keep your foot down, and rely on the car to automatically brake for speed cameras, that’s hardly very safe, right?
Hyundai’s new speed trap avoidance tech seems to be a late addition to the 2015 Genesis. When we reviewed the car back in April — and awarded it the ExtremeTech Editors’ Choice award for midsize sedans no less – there was no mention of the clever Automatic Emergency Braking being used to hoodwink speed cameras. Speaking to the Australian website Drive, Hyundai says the new speed camera tech won’t be available at launch, but instead will be added later.
A speed camera, like you might find in the UK
A speed camera, like you might find in the UK
Functionally the tech is very simple — and it makes me wonder why no other car maker has implemented it before now. Basically, the 2015 Genesis is loaded up with a big list of speed camera locations. When you come within 800 meters (half a mile) of a speed camera (measured via GPS), the car will show you the speed limit and beep if you’re going too fast. If you’re still breaking the speed limit when you reach the camera, the car’s Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) tech will kick in, ensuring you don’t get a ticket. It isn’t entirely clear where Hyundai is getting its speed camera location data from, but it’s probably SCDB (a crowdsourced speed camera database) or something similar.
Using AEB — a road safety feature that prevents collisions with pedestrians and other vehicles — to dodge speed traps seems a little bit counterintuitive. If the tech actually works as Hyundai describes, you’ll basically be able to barrel along at any speed you like, and then have the car forcibly slow you down just before the speed camera. Presumably you could keep your foot on the gas the entire time, and except for a brief second or two of whiplash as you pass the camera you wouldn’t notice a thing. Watch the video below; AEB is pretty awesome.

Audi’s next-generation Q7 has been spotted ahead of its debut at a major autoshow  later this year. The latest prototype could be for a sporty 'S Q7' model, as it has some quad-exhaust tips never before seen on prototypes for the new SUV.

Ford will reveal its facelifted Focus ST at the Goodwood Festival of Speed later this week. The new hot hatch will benefit from some styling tweaks and, in overseas markets, will be available with a diesel engine for the first time.

A senior Toyota executive has confirmed that the Japanese automaker will eventually have a trio of sports cars, one of which will be available as a convertible. According to the same exec, the car most likely to offer the convertible option will be Toyota’s upcoming Supra successor.

Tesla confirms its SUV is coming in 2015!

The company promises that the production version of the Model X will be even better than the concept and that it will arrive with gullwing doors.

But as well as rear-passenger doors that will attract attention and jealous glances every time they open and close, the Model X will also be getting permanent all-wheel drive and customers will get the option of a third row of seats.
In an email sent to everyone that has already reserved the car, Tesla promises that the Model X “will be a production car that exceeds the promises made when we first showed the concept,” and that when deliveries start in early 2015 that the car will represent “the most stylish way to combine an SUV’s utility with a sports car’s performance.”
Tesla first took the wraps off the Model X prototype back in 2012 and production was earmarked for 2013, but the overwhelming success of the Model S – the company’s executive sedan – in the US and now beyond, got in the way.
Now that the company and its production facilities have grown, it has capacity to start making its first SUV. Although the final price for the car is yet to be confirmed, 13,000 customers have already paid a $5000 deposit to reserve a standard Model X or $40,000 for the special Signature edition.
