India:Rail fare hike is applicable to the tickets that were booked in advance too:
 Indian railways which hiked passenger fares by 14.2% from june 25th said on friday that who  have already purchased tickets at pre-revised rated should have to pay the differences in trains or booking offices,a senior railway minister said.
